Arnica grows in low elevations, near moist areas, woods, and open meadows and its origins are from Europe and Mexico. It has compounds such as sesquiterpene lactones namely arnicin and helenalin that stimulate circulation and reduce inflammation. Arnica helps with rheumatic and muscular pain and stimulates the immune system.
